Editorial guidelines

  • Original content: Submissions must be unique and unpublished elsewhere.
  • Length: Recommended 800–2000 words (1000+ preferred for in-depth guides).
  • Style: Clear, professional, structured with proper subheadings (H2, H3).
  • References: Include reliable scientific sources where applicable (e.g., PubMed, ADA, peer‑reviewed journals).
  • Images: High-quality images are encouraged (JPG/PNG). Patient images must have consent or be fully anonymized.
  • Links & promotion: No direct advertising. One contextual link or one author-bio link is allowed after editorial approval.
  • Editing: The editorial team may make changes for clarity, grammar, or formatting. Revisions may be requested.
  • Format: Submit articles in Word (.docx) or Google Docs with headings and references included.

AdSense (Auto Ads by Author)

Approved guest authors may choose to run their own Google AdSense Auto Ads code on their guest post page(s). If enabled, eligible ad revenue is attributed to the author’s AdSense account (based on the author’s ad code).

Important: You must have an active AdSense account in good standing and comply with AdSense Program Policies. Any policy issues or invalid traffic can result in limited/disabled ad serving.

Requirements

  • Site added in AdSense: Add dentalclinicguide.com in your AdSense “Sites” list and complete any required review/verification.
  • Provide your Publisher ID: Send your ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX so we can authorize it in our ads.txt when needed.
  • Auto Ads code: Send the exact Auto Ads script snippet from your AdSense account.
  • Controlled implementation: To avoid affecting other pages, your Auto Ads code will be implemented only on your article pages (not site-wide).

What to send us

  • Article file (Word .docx or Google Docs link).
  • Short author bio (50–100 words) + optional author photo.
  • One approved link (website or professional profile).
  • Your AdSense Publisher ID: ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  • Your AdSense Auto Ads code snippet.
  • Confirmation that dentalclinicguide.com has been added in your AdSense “Sites” list (screenshot optional).
Note: Auto Ads typically requires placing the AdSense code inside the page <head>. We will implement this safely based on our template rules to limit the code to your post pages only.
Dental Clinic Guide reserves the right to pause/remove ads or adjust placements if needed for user experience, compliance, or site integrity.

Submission process

1) Prepare your content Write an original article, add headings (H2/H3), and include references where appropriate.
2) Add your author details Provide a short bio (50–100 words), optional photo, and one approved link.
3) Send by email Attach your file or share a Google Docs link, plus AdSense details (optional).
4) Editorial review We typically respond within 7–14 business days. Revisions may be requested.

If you don’t have an AdSense account

If you don’t currently have an active Google AdSense account, your article can still be monetized. We will create a dedicated custom channel under our AdSense account to track your article(s), and we will pay you your share via PayPal.

Payout terms

  • Payout method: PayPal.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $15.
  • Reporting: We will provide a monthly performance statement for your article(s) based on our reporting.
